EmpowHER was created with one goal in mind: to empower women (and girls). Because of that, we created a fund compiled of organizations that put women at the forefront of their missions and work to fuel societal change for the better. Each organization is dedicated to energizing girls and women to embrace their unique individuality, foster strength of character, and support one another to create a new generation of empowered women through a variety of programs. Although the charities have different approaches to their work – some use legal frameworks to tackle gender inequality, others use socio-economic frameworks – their goals remain the same: to empower women by providing adequate tools, resources, and support so they can grow and positively impact their communities.
