Our goal today is to show support and gratitude to our ERG's and raise at least $8000 for charities they selected are doing incredible work to make the world a better place. As part of the Braze ERG Grant Program, the SOMOS Employee Resource Group has opted to support the following three nonprofit organizations with the goal of creating equal opportunity for members of Latinx/Hispanic communities. The Braze ERG Grant Program allows each ERG to direct up to $30,000 of Braze's donor-advised fund (each of the three organizations will receive a $10,000 cash donation). For Giving Tuesday, we are making it easy for employees to give directly to causes supported by Braze ERGs. As a reminder, each Braze employee has a donation matching benefit of $100 annually to take your impact even further.
