We provide meaningful, data-driven diversity recommendations to tech startup CEOs who want to build and support an inclusive workforce. We believe in solutions that are inclusive of everyone, comprehensive, and metrics-driven. We collect, analyze and share data on employee demographics and sentiment levels to help create benchmarks for tech startups and CEOs.

Girls Who Code Inc

Inspire, educate, and champion girls, women and non-binary people, with a special focus on historically underrepresented groups, to become changemakers in tech. Girls Who Code works to close the gender gap in tech and change the perception of what a person in tech looks like and does.

Out in Tech

Out in Tech unites the tech community. We do this by creating opportunities for our members to advance their careers, grow their networks, and leverage tech for social change. To ensure all are seen and heard in the defining sector of our time, we: - Inspire passionate youth to explore tech through Out in Tech U - Support global grassroots activists with Out in Tech Digital Corps - Host 300+ events annually to bring people together from around the world We envision a tech industry where every person is empowered, well represented, and has full agency, from intern to CEO. We believe this will lead to: - Equity and belonging for all underestimated groups (centering women and people of color); - Innovative new ideas, products and platforms; and - A more just future.
